CPSeal®

CPSeal® C-100 is a standard packaging sealant film for laminations or as a mono-web packaging film. Key features for this CPP film include:

CPSeal® C-200 is a soft, transparent polypropylene film for packaging applications that require toughness, optical clarity and heat sealing. Key features include:

• Can be used as a mono-web or as the sealant layer in lamination structures
• Provides the best seal performance for hot knife and thermal bar sealing
• Provides excellent clarity
• Ideal CPSeal® C-200 applications include bags, floral wraps, pouches and sleeves

CPSeal® S-100 is a medical grade CPP for steam sterilization. High puncture resistance, good toughness and clean peels areas make this film ideal for medical and dental applications. Available in clear and traditional blue tint.

CPSeal® M is a polypropylene film designed for adhesion to metal. Available grades are CPSeal® M-100 and CPSeal M-200.

CPSeal® M-100 is a metalizable polypropylene film. The surface is enhanced for metal adhesion. This film provides excellent printability and seal strength needed for high-impact food packaging.

CPSeal® M-200 is a CPP film designed for thermal lamination to metal sheet. The lamination can withstand shallow draw processing to form parts or packages.

CPSeal® C-300 is a polypropylene film engineered with a low seal initiation temperature sealant to optimize for sealing when laminated to BOPP. Using CPSeal® C-300 in your monomaterial PP solution will enable you to create strong seals easily without distorting package appearance. The stiffness provided by CPSeal® C-300 provides a finished package appearance superior to all PE pouches or bags and processes easier than all PE structures on form fill seal equipment.
